Hawaiian Luau Recipes - HELP!

So we’re having a luau here at work. I’ve never been to a luau. I don’t know what hawaiian dishes entail. Anyone have any tips? I need to come up with a hawaiian(ish) dish to bring to this luau. HELP!

   Would a pineapple upside down cake work? I don’t think that’s really Hawaiian, but it kinda seems tropical…

   OK, that was lame. Sorry I’m not much help.

   LOL - It’s funny cause I was thinking of a pineapple upside down cake, but also didn’t really think it is Hawaiian. Thanks though!
